体育锻炼

研究证明大脑的发展是与体育相关的。我们的孩子从3岁起,在园内就有日常的室内或室外体能锻炼,每次活动是一个小时左右。年幼的孩子在运动中获得更多的信心,并培养了独立意识,也学会控制身体。我们鼓励家长在家居环境中让幼童也有机会参加体能活动。
