Physical Exercise

It is research-proven that physical fitness is associated with the development of brain. Our children from 3 years old onwards, have been engaged in daily outdoor or indoor exercises. Each session is about an hour. Young children gain more confidence with their movement and achieve a sense of independence when they are able to manage their bodies well in exercises, whether indoor or outdoor. Parents are encouraged to give them opportunities to participate in physical activities at home.
